Stephen N. Dallas, MD, MA is a specialist in Internal Medicine.
He studied at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine from 1991 – 1995, then completed his Internship and Residency training at Michigan State University/Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. After one and a half years as an employed physician at South Haven Community Hospital, he opened his private practice, Opus Internal Medicine. “ I always knew that I would take the risk and own my practice.” Once I grasped the operational concepts and identified smart people to help me, it was full speed ahead.
Opus Internal Medicine provides general, internal medical care to adults. However, Dr. Dallas and his team have special interests in the medical issues related to Diabetes, Hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases. Additional areas of interest are bone health, post cancer care and some gender specific health concerns. We work closely with the specialist community and the hospitals to achieve the best outcomes.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Dallas belongs to several professional organizations and is an active member of the medical staffs at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Borgess Medical Center and South Haven Community Hospital.
Pam Miller, MSN, CDE, CPT, FNP-C is an RN with 28 years experience in critical care and emergency room nursing. She is graduate of Michigan State Univ. with Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and is certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) thru American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Pam is also a certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) status which requires successful score on specific certification exam and an American Association Diabetes Educator (AADE) member. Pam is certified with the Pump Trainer (CPT) with Medtronics. She also volunteer's as cabin clinician at Diabetes Camp Midicha, Fenton, MI. Pam recently attended Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Institute in Milpitas, California as well as other diabetes specialty professional conferences. Healthcare professional continuing education instructor with regard to diabetes management.
