Opus Internal Medicine has developed this email format for you to request prescription refills. In order for our office to be able to fulfill your request it will be very important for you to enter all data that is being requested. Please remember that our office needs 24-48 hours notice to complete the request.

Prescriptions are written while you are in the office at your appointments. We discourage ordering prescriptions by telephone. However, if you need a refill before your next scheduled appointment, you can call our office and the receptionist will refer your call to our "prescription refill mailbox". You can leave a request or fill in the template below to request through email.

Note: All narcotic prescriptions cannot be called in to a pharmacy. You will need to pick your written prescription up in our office.
