Opus Internal Medicine has convenient hours for appointments; including later appointments twice a week. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give our office 24 hours notice and we can reschedule your appointment for another day.

Please bring all prescriptions and over the counter medications, supplements and herbal medications you are taking to your appointment.

You may request an appointment by filling out the template information and clicking the submit button when complete. Our office will respond to your request within the next business day of receiving your request.
